Troubleshooting tips

My Raw Gelati are plugged in to my amplifier but I’m not getting any sound.
Check that the speaker cables are securely connected at both ends and that the exposed copper is making contact with the terminals. Ensure that no stray wires from either side of your speaker cable are touching. If everything is connected correctly and there’s still no sound, refer to your amplifier’s manual for troubleshooting steps.

My Raw Gelati are playing music, but it sounds like some of the music is missing or sounds unusual.
Ensure that the red and black terminals match at both ends of your speaker cables. A mismatch (red to black) won’t damage the speakers but will reverse their phase, causing issues with the way your music will sound.

I can hear music, but the sound is fuzzy or distorted.
This one can be difficult to diagnose. There could be damage to your speaker, or it might be a problem with your amplifier. Best to get in touch with us at support@encel.com.au in this instance.
